DAY 5 Eat Food and Get Fit Challenge – Don’t Skip Meals

Welcome to DAY 5 of this Eat Food and Get Fit Challenge.

This is the last day of the fitness and nutrition challenge. I’m so proud of you for making it this far.

My goal was to provide you with the tools you need to start your healthier lifestyle transformation journey including the follow along workouts, a one day meal plan, daily nutrition tips, and me as your coach to support and guide you through this tough but rewarding process.

In these 5 days you should feel more energized, a little stronger, motivated, and really accomplished and ready for the next challenge.

But before we go there, let’s finish up where we are in DAY 5 and our last day of this challenge.

For today’s nutrition challenge we’re going to Avoid Skipping Meals.

I know I used to think that it would make sense to not eat to lose weight, but that’s not at all how our body’s work.

Skipping meals is sabotage for those who are trying to lose weight.

Your body needs calories to burn calories and to function throughout the day.

When You don’t eat it slows down your metabolism providing your body with less energy with an increased chance of weight gain.

I don’t recommend skipping meals because it is sabotage to your body’s normal function.

Food is fuel and nutrition for your body.
