DAY 4 Eat Food and Get Fit Challenge – Avoid/Reduce Alcohol Consumption

Welcome to Day 4 of the Eat Food and Get Fit Challenge. 

Now, we’re at the home stretch. One more day left.

I’m really proud of you for doing what you’re doing and taking charge of your health and fitness.

At this point, you should feel a little stronger, and have a little more endurance. That’s an accomplishment.

Some benefits you may also notice from this challenge is:

  • Better Focus

Reduce/Eliminate Alcohol Consumption

At 7 calories per gram, alcohol with regular use with sabotage all the hard work you put into your goals.

The affects of drinking are well known and should be avoided as much as possible. Alcohol lacks nutrition, can increase weight gain, and lead to regretful behavior. 

Here’s what else alcohol does to the body:

  • Shrinks the brain (with heavy drinking)
  • Disrupts your sleep
  • Creates more stomachs acid
  • Causes diarrhea and heartburn
  • Off beat heart
  • Pancreas damage Diabetes 
  • Liver Disease

Booty Workout:   

  1. Power Squats (30 Seconds)
  2. Alternating Leg Bowler Lunges (30 Seconds)
  3. Side to Side Lunges (30 Seconds)
  4. Single Leg Kickbacks (Leg Lifts) (30 Seconds)
  5. Rest (30 Seconds)
  6. Repeat
