Welcome to the 5 DAY Eat Food and Get Fit Challenge

The 5 DAY Eat and Get Fit Challenge orientation.

Wishing you happy holidays from my family to yours.

As we move closer to the new year, I put together this Simple and easy to follow functional workout program to kickstart your Lifestyle Transformation journey.

Most of the women That come to train with me are looking for a starting point and direction.

They’re not sure what exercises are right for their body, fitness level, or goals and they have no idea how to effectively set up a training program.

To help solve this problem I put together this 5 day workout challenge to provide you with a starting point along with direction and motivation to kickstart your journey.

These workouts are convenient because you can do these workouts anywhere and at anytime, using minimal to no equipment.

you can do these workouts at the gym or in the privacy of your home.

if you have family over, or a workout buddy, have them do the workout with you.

Though you don’t need equipment you can increase the intensity of the workout by adding dumbbells, resistance bands, or even water bottles for more resistance.

You can also add more rounds for a longer workout or split the workout up over the course of the day.

Exercise and diet support a healthier lifestyle.

continue to listen to your body and do not ignore your body’s other necessities like sleep,  Nutrition, and your mental health.

What to expect:

  • Everyday a new workout and nutrition/diet goal will be posted.
  • All Workouts are around 12 minutes.
  • The entire challenge is bodyweight so there’s no equipment needed.
  • day 1: Total Body
  • day 2: Strength & Endurance
  • day 3: Abs and core
  • day 4: Total Body

I’m so thrilled to be a part of your journey.
